My journey with weight loss has been anything but linear. Over the years, I’ve lost nearly 100 pounds on three separate occasions. The most recent began in 2022, when I found myself at my highest weight of 325 pounds. Like many, I struggled with food choices, staying active, and balancing a social life while trying to put my health first.
This time, I approached things differently. I turned to medical weight loss as a tool, but the real difference has been the community-based health support I found along the way and the accountability I’ve held myself to. Through consistent effort—finding ways to eat and move that actually fit my life—I’ve been able to sustain my results.
Today, I’ve lost 110 pounds and, for the first time, I’ve been able to keep it off for years. Along the way, I’ve gained more than weight loss—I’ve gained perspective, resilience, and a wealth of knowledge about what it really takes to achieve lasting wellness goals.
I now share that experience through health coaching, something I do out of passion while continuing my professional career in Marketing. My foundation in this field began with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, with minors in Nutrition and Chemistry.
My story is proof that the path to wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence, support accountability, and building a lifestyle that lasts. This is why I’m starting WITT Wellness—to help you reach and maintain your goals in a way that is supportive, sustainable, and affordable.
